Not fantasy talk at all. MAJOR changes have been happening lately.

There's now a playoff in college football, something that will surely expand and bring in billions more dollars while doing so. There's networks now, which is changing the entire way we will be thinking about college sports in the future. and they have further seperated haves from have nots.

And perhaps most importantly, players are beginning to be paid. And you're nuts if you think this will stop at $3K or $4K payments. In 10 years, these "students" will be EARNING legit salaries.

Anyhow, I am with Mandel in that there will be a smaller group of schools who are willing and able to compete in this new world of college football and basketball. It is a world that is much more similar to the NFL and NBA than the Ivy Leagues or the MEACC.
